HOSTED SOFTWARE / YOUR GPS BUSINESS

Your brand at the front. Our technology behind it.

Launch or grow a tracking service with a hosted GPS platform under your business identity. Manage customers, users and connected devices through the application while CodeStation AI operates the underlying platform. Build your service around your customers, without taking on a self-hosted software installation.

01 / HOSTED GPS SOFTWARE & WHITE-LABEL PLATFORM

A platform for the service you run.

Hosted white label is for GPS resellers, tracking companies, device distributors and integrators serving their own customers. For tracking only your own vehicles, a personal account may be the simpler starting point.

Your customer relationships

Offer a tracking workspace under your identity and organise the accounts that use it. Define the service you sell, how you onboard customers and the support they receive from your business.

Application-level control

Use the control panel to administer users, objects and service access. An object is a vehicle, asset or phone connected to the tracking account; its useful data depends on the reporting device.

Managed platform operation

Keep infrastructure administration with CodeStation AI. Hosting, maintenance and update responsibilities belong in the service scope, so your team knows what it operates and what the platform provider handles.

02 / HOSTED GPS SOFTWARE & WHITE-LABEL PLATFORM

Make the customer experience your own.

Create a consistent identity across the places your customers sign in, review their vehicles and receive service. Agree each branding deliverable before rollout.

Company name, logo & colours

Apply your business identity to the customer-facing web experience. Review the logo treatment, colour palette and login-page presentation together so the result feels like one service.

Your domain & secure access

Connect the agreed branded web address and plan HTTPS certificate configuration. Establish who manages the domain and DNS, who maintains the certificate, and how customers receive the verified sign-in address.

Android, iOS & language needs

Carry the agreed identity into supported mobile apps and use a multilingual interface. Confirm the languages, app roles and branding required, with distribution and developer-account responsibilities defined separately.

03 / HOSTED GPS SOFTWARE & WHITE-LABEL PLATFORM

Run customer services from the control panel.

Keep day-to-day service administration close to the tracking workspace. Application permissions let your team operate the service without handing over the underlying server.

Customers, users & permissions

Organise customer accounts and assign access appropriate to each role. Decide who can view a fleet, manage objects or change account settings, and review those permissions as the customer relationship changes.

Objects, plans & billing administration

Manage tracked objects, service plans, licences and activation through the platform. Use billing administration to support your customer offering; payment gateways, collection, taxation and accounting integrations are separate scope decisions.

API & connected business systems

Connect approved systems with platform data and supported actions through the API. Define the workflow, permissions, endpoint coverage and operational limits before building an integration. API access does not grant server access.

04 / HOSTED GPS SOFTWARE & WHITE-LABEL PLATFORM

The tracking tools behind your service.

Bring vehicle visibility, field activity and service administration together. The feature catalogue covers the wider platform; your deployment scope establishes what is configured for your customers.

Live tracking, history & reports

Review the latest reported position, revisit journeys and stops, and turn recorded activity into vehicle or fleet reports. Dashboards and widgets keep key operating information close to hand.

Good to know: Position freshness depends on device reporting and connectivity. Retention and report delivery options are agreed for the service.

Places, routes & event notifications

Use points of interest, geofences and planned routes to give location data context. Configure event rules and email, SMS or push notifications for the changes your customers need to notice.

Good to know: Messaging configuration, app permissions and third-party services affect delivery; a notification is not an emergency-response guarantee.

Sensors, maintenance & expenses

Connect supported sensor and vehicle information with maintenance planning and running-cost records. Fuel, temperature, CAN and diagnostic readings add context where the installed equipment provides them.

Good to know: Available data depends on the vehicle, tracker, protocol and installation. Fuel measurements require suitable setup and calibration.

Tasks, chat & mobile access

Organise field work and supported team conversations alongside the tracking operation. Viewing apps support mobile fleet review; the separate phone-tracker app reports an authorised phone’s own location.

Images, video & device commands

Review media supplied by compatible devices and use supported remote commands with the right permissions. These workflows extend the service beyond map positions without assuming every tracker has the same capabilities.

Good to know: Confirm camera compatibility, formats, storage and any streaming requirement. Device commands require authorised use and appropriate safeguards.

A scope you can demonstrate

Choose representative customer workflows for a walkthrough: a journey, an event, a report and an administration task. Add your actual device and integration requirements so the evaluation reflects the service you intend to sell.

05 / HOSTED GPS SOFTWARE & WHITE-LABEL PLATFORM

Hosting responsibilities, made explicit.

A hosted service should have an operating plan as well as a feature list. Define the arrangements that matter to your customers before you make service commitments of your own.

Hosting & software updates

CodeStation AI retains server control and operates the core platform. Confirm hosting location, maintenance responsibilities, software-update arrangements and any expected maintenance communication in the service agreement.

Backups, retention & recovery

Agree what is backed up, the backup schedule, the period for which tracking records are retained and the process for requesting recovery. A backup policy and the history visible in the application serve different purposes.

Security, support & continuity

Review access controls, HTTPS, support channels and the procedure for reporting a service issue. Any availability target, response time or recovery commitment needs explicit agreement; no numerical service-level guarantee is published here.

06 / HOSTED GPS SOFTWARE & WHITE-LABEL PLATFORM

Start with the devices your customers use.

The exact tracker model and its intended use matter more than a manufacturer name or a headline compatibility count. Validate the connection and the information your service relies on.

Existing GPS hardware

Bring manufacturer and model names, protocol documentation where available, and approximate quantities. Identify essential sensor data, identification inputs or commands as well as basic location reporting.

Phone tracking & mobile workflows

Use supported Android or iOS phones as reporting devices where that fits the operation. Review location permissions, background behaviour, battery and connectivity with the phone user, and keep tracking transparent and authorised.

New models & integrations

Ask for an assessment when a device or workflow has not been confirmed. Feasibility, development work and any charges must be scoped separately; listing a requirement does not automatically commit to supporting it.

07 / HOSTED GPS SOFTWARE & WHITE-LABEL PLATFORM

Plan capacity around your operation.

Use your current device count, expected growth and service requirements to shape the quote. Confirm the allowance and commercial terms for your own CodeStation deployment before placing an order.

Capacity & service period

Specify your starting device count, expected growth and customer-user structure. Agree the allowance, subscription period, renewal process and how capacity changes are handled.

Included scope & separate costs

Confirm web and app branding, hosting, support and integration work. Identify hardware, installation, SIM/data, maps, messaging and app-store costs separately where they apply.

Terms before activation

Review payment, taxes, cancellation, retention, data export and service-level arrangements. Request an evaluation of the relevant workflows without assuming a free trial or an activation deadline.

08 / HOSTED GPS SOFTWARE & WHITE-LABEL PLATFORM

From a first conversation to customer rollout.

A staged setup gives you a chance to validate the experience before moving your wider customer base. Activation timing is agreed for the project, not promised by this website.

  1. Define the service.

Share your customer profile, starting device count, exact tracker models, branding needs and essential workflows.

  2. Review a focused demonstration.

Walk through tracking and administration tasks, then identify any hardware, API or app questions that need testing.

  3. Agree scope and responsibilities.

Confirm the licence, pricing, service period, hosting arrangements, support, data handling and any migration work before an order.

  4. Configure and validate.

Apply the agreed branding, domain and account configuration. Test representative devices, permissions, events and reports with authorised sample data.

  5. Receive access and onboard customers.

Use the verified access and setup instructions supplied for your deployment. Roll out with a clear support path and agreed acceptance checks.

09 / HOSTED GPS SOFTWARE & WHITE-LABEL PLATFORM

Your brand. Licensed access. Clear boundaries.

CodeStation AI retains the proprietary core source code, intellectual property and server control. Source-code delivery, self-hosted installation and server access are not included.

What your business operates

Your team runs the agreed customer-facing service, branding and application-level administration. A licence to use the hosted platform does not transfer the underlying technology or create unrestricted redistribution rights.

What needs a separate agreement

Custom development, device integrations, mobile app publishing and external services need a defined scope. Branding does not imply unlimited customisation, exclusive software ownership or access to infrastructure.

If you are moving providers

Review device reconfiguration, historical-data availability and customer access before switching. Agree any migration work, export requirements and transition plan separately; uninterrupted migration and automatic history transfer are not assumed.

HOSTED SOFTWARE / USEFUL ANSWERS

Before you launch.

Resolve the practical questions behind your branded service.

Compare personal accounts
How is hosted software different from a personal account?

A personal account is for following your own vehicles or assets. Hosted white label supports a service you offer to customers, with your business identity and application-level customer, user and object administration. Choose the operating model first, then agree the required access and scope.

Do we need to run our own server?

No. The hosted offering keeps the core platform and server operation with CodeStation AI. Your team uses the application control panel. Source-code delivery, root access and a self-hosted software installation are not part of the offering.

Can we use our own domain, logo and mobile branding?

Yes. The white-label scope can include your company identity, web address, login presentation and branded Android or iOS experiences. Agree the exact deliverables, domain configuration, app distribution and developer-account responsibilities for the project.

Can we charge customers through the platform?

The platform includes plans and billing administration for your tracking service. Confirm how you intend to collect payments and whether a gateway or accounting integration is needed. Those services, their fees and their operating responsibilities are not automatically included.

Can the device allowance grow with our business?

Include your starting device count and expected growth in the quote request. Agree the process, pricing, effective date and any restrictions for changing capacity or service period. This page does not promise automatic upgrades or unlimited users or objects.

When will the service be ready?

Timing depends on the agreed branding, devices, integrations and setup work. Confirm activation and acceptance milestones before ordering. An enquiry does not create a deployment, take payment or activate service, and no fixed delivery window is promised here.
